What we collect:

Saarthi Dream ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, with whom we share it and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Saarthi Dream is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data it collects from investors and website visitors.

We collect the personal data needed to complete your KYC and to distribute and service Mutual Fund investments: your name, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar-based address, bank account details, mobile number, email, nominee details, FATCA/CRS declaration, risk profile answers and transaction history. From website visitors we collect only the information you submit through our contact or feedback forms and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

We use this data to verify your identity, complete KYC with the KRA and CKYC registries, assess your risk profile, process your transactions, send you statements and reviews, respond to your queries and complaints, and meet our reporting duties under SEBI, AMFI and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. We do not use your data for any purpose you have not been told about.

We share your data only with the AMCs, Registrars (CAMS and KFintech), KYC Registration Agencies, the Central KYC Registry, Mutual Fund transaction platforms, our auditors and regulators, and only to the extent needed for the purpose. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Your data is stored in password-protected systems with access limited to authorised staff. Physical files are kept in locked storage at our office. Our staff sign a confidentiality undertaking. We keep your data for the period required by SEBI, AMFI and the PML Rules, 2005, which is at least five years after the end of our relationship, and delete or anonymise it after that unless a law requires us to keep it longer.

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or updated, to ask for its erasure where the law allows, to withdraw consent for any processing that is not required by law, and to nominate a person to exercise these rights if you are unable to. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@sdfinancialsolutions.com. We respond within the time allowed under DPDPA. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
